My Rose Macaroons!

Hello ladies and gentlemen, today i baked Rose flavour Macaroooooons! I know that its not surprising at all as i had mention these like 2 days ago? Yea, and my 1st attempt failed :( Kinda disappointing, i should use hand whisking instead of the mixer, so it turns watery and so, failed. I tried again, becos' there's still enough ingredient, thats why the amazing 2nd attempt passed! Let me show you the picture of it :

After tasting it , i was like :

"Wtfff? Taste so sweet, fail !"

Its taste a bit like candy floss, and my mom said this stuffs was too sugary and she don't dare to try one. She also said that she can even smell sugar. Yes, i agreed that its really too sweet but i already cut down the amount of sugar, but still.... 

Seriously, it don't taste like Macaroons & i like Macaroons a lot, this stuffs i made spoiled my love towards it already. Look at the front batch, it looks more lively than the one behind right? The inside of the ones infront, are too soft and not all was bake, the texture inside was awesome but its too sweet.

The ones at the back was a little brownish, at first i thot it rotts or whatever shit happen to it. Guess what, they're burnt! Can believe the appearance of it when its burnt, hahaha. The burnt ones are very crunchy, they're firm in shape, but... BUT when i taste it.. Its taste like burnt toast bread. Or something weird thats chao da la. Its not soft, its crunchy! Totally not a basic symptom of a Macaroon. When i told mom that its not that sweet as for the burnt ones, she doubt me until i said it taste like a toastbread, she ate it. Her face was like cramp and kept on complaining it was sweet. Arg.

So thats my weirdo Macaroons, i bet after i craps all these, no one dare to try it out anymore, becos before that there's still people asking it from me, har! Diabetes after eating all these, hohoho, any sweet tooths wanna take this challenge?  

Do you know why i like Macaroons alot? It start on the game in Facebook, Bakery Life, and there's Macaroons, i think they're colourful and looks great. There's a day on the internet, i saw advertisement that shows Macaroons, i was so desperate in it, really feel like tasting it. Until one fine day walking in a shopping center with whoever la, i forgot, i saw Macaroons at Icing room, so i insist asking my mom to buy for me as its not cheap. So she bought for me, it taste sweet but the sweet was nice, unlike mine. Thats why i wanna try to make, as for the ones i made, its can't even reach the quality in the Pasar malam, uh joking. 

But anyw as my mom said, i am success just that the amount of sugar was overload. So, i SUCCESS!
